I partner with The Lactation Network to accept insurance. Check your eligibility below under "Check Coverage". If your insurance is approved, you will typically automatically get 6 free lactation visits.

Common plans that do provide coverage: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, United Health Care PPO & HMO, VA CCN, and others.

This is an option if you are un-insured or if you have an insurance plan that does not cover lactation visits. If your plan does not cover, I am happy to help you submit for reimbursement from your insurance to cover the visit.

If you have insurance, click "Check Coverage" below. This will be booked as an "initial visit" and if approved, all visits after baby is born will be "follow up" visits.

If your insurance does not cover lactation visits with TLN, the price for a prenatal consult is the same as an initial consult under "Self Pay Prices" listed below and can be booked as an initial. All appointments after your baby is born will be charged and booked as "follow up" visits.
